Who We Are
Founded in 2012 by JJ Fitzgerald, Evolution has grown from a one-man start-up to now employ 80 team members in a highly successful construction business. Evolution has its roots in Fleetwood, its head office in Blackpool and now operates across the North-West of England – including Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and Cumbria.
We are highly respected for delivering quality, value-for-money, sustainable private housing, social housing, and sheltered housing on time, on budget and to an industry-leading standard.
